He brings over 25 years of hands-on experience from a wide range of executive positions at Memorex, Microdata, McDonnell Douglas, MSI Data and Symbol Technologies. Ken earned his MBA in the Presidents and Key Executives Program at Pepperdine University, and regularly lectures at universities and executive forums throughout Southern California on leadership, team effectiveness and truth telling.

He was designated as a Master Certified Coach in 1999; is a founding board member and past president of the Professional Coaches & Mentors Association.
