For more than three decades, Mary Ann Ellis has worked with executives and senior management teams of high technology corporations and high-growth companies. She specializes in straight-forward and effective approaches to improve strategy execution, build high-performance leadership, and get business results.

For the past twelve years, as a organization effectiveness consultant, Mary Ann has advised executives and their teams at a broad variety of clients from high-technology start-ups to Fortune 500 and venture-capital funded companies, and across a wide range of industries.

Mary Ann is known for her whole systems approaches that are simple and effective, yet comprehensive. She quickly builds an understanding of the disparate issues affecting a client’s business situation and internal culture, and helps to craft and implement integrated solutions that address the current issues and provide lasting and replicable results.

Prior to starting her consulting practice, Mary Ann developed her ability to coach and consult with executives and leadership teams as an HR strategic business partner inside Fortune 500 premier organizations, including Procter & Gamble and Raychem Corporation, recognized as one of the “50 Best Places to Work”.

A National Merit Scholar Finalist, Mary Ann earned an M.S. in Organization Development (MSOD) from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management, and a B.B.A. (with highest distinction) in Industrial Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of Iowa. She and Ken reside in Fallbrook, California.
